Bulk Orders

Certain special issues of Contexts may contain several articles that are relevant for your classes. In some cases it is more cost effective to bulk purchase several print copies of an issue than to pay for reprint rights on multiple articles. For information on how to purchase 10 or more copies of Contexts, please contact University of California Press customer service at customerservice@ucpressjournals.com or call at (510) 643-7154.

Reprints

Instructors can obtain reprints of Contexts’ articles or license permission to use articles quickly and easily via Copyright Clearance Center’s RightsLink service.

Contexts‘ articles can be made available for students in a variety of ways:

  • Use in the classroom
  • Place in a print or electronic course packet
  • Put on library e-reserve
  • Use in distance learning
  • Place on a secured website

Using RightsLink is simple:

  1. Find the Contexts’ article you wish to use at http://caliber.ucpress.net/loi/ctx.
  2. Once you have selected an article, click the Reprints & Permissions link to open RightsLink.
  3. Create a RightsLink account — a simple two-step process — if you don’t already have one.
  4. Select your use or reprint preferences.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions — one click.

Payment for classroom use can be made by departmental purchase order or via credit card.
