This cartoonist illustrates the way in which assertive or aggressive behavior by men and women is perceived as competence or bitchiness respectively. In reversing the reactions (it’s “Opposite World” after all), the absurdity of the sexist reaction is exposed.

The problem here is that it is JUST NOT TRUE.
If a male boss said that, people would think “a55hole”.
If a female boss said that, people would think “bitch”.
Have your pick, I don’t care, but neither is complimentary.
I should also add that this is a perfect example of how some Feminists WISH the world to be so they could complain about it, but even though the world is not as the comic depicts, they pretend its true so they can continue to complain.
Ridiculous.
